(More customer reviews)This bread isn't like the traditional cinnamon raisin bread you buy in the stores or make from scratch.The color is darker, and it is a lot more dense and chewy. It is also not sweet like the bread you know. Maybe this is exactly how cinnamon raison bread is in Ireland. I made this bread in both a toaster oven and bread machine.It came out fine with both methods, but I'm wondering if the traditional oven method, as suggested to use on the packaging makes it come out softer. Nevertheless, I liked the bread, served it with butter and some cinnamon/sugar sprinkled on top to add extra sweetness and it is good and hearty,nice to have with tea. I even had it with peanut butter on it, and it was a tasty lunch.
