(More customer reviews)I was disappointed in this product since their bread mix is so quick and easy and very good.First of all, it needs more flavor, which I intend to supplement with spices on future batches until it's gone.Next, it isn't crunchy, at least when oven baked.I prefer to use cornflake crumbs.Gluten-free cornflakes are available - check in health food stores.Just put the flakes in a plastic bag and run over with a rolling pin to get crumbs, add spices of your choice (I like a teaspoon each of paprika and salt plus 1/4 teaspoon pepper to 1/2 cup of crumbs), dip the chicken in egg, roll in crumbs and bake.
