(More customer reviews)This should not be labeled "foccaccia bread".It doesn't resemble anything close to bread.I tried making it per instructions with wine, another time with seltzer and lastly with the beer.None of them resembled a bread.The seasoning packet is very overwhelming in taste.The quick bread itself was very much like bisquick.If you like biscuits then this will work for you, but it is definitely NOT foccacia.
