We have to pack their lunch everyday for school, which is hard to do because all the bread they don't like unless they can put water on it and heat it up to make it soft.BUTwith this he said it was perfect. Nice and SOFT!! Now he wants me to buy more so he can take it to school for lunch!it is pricey but what gluten free food isn't. For about $5.50 I can make 4 sandwiches.
