(More customer reviews)I bought several of the food tek items a few months ago, but frankly bought them for emergency situations.I had not tried any of them until tonight when we wanted corn bread with our soup.My last gluten free corn bread attempt had been a disaster, so I thought what the heck let's try the food tek cornbread it can't be much worse.

It truly was easy to mix, and it cooked up in 1 minute. I toasted the cornbread for just a couple of minutes to give it a more normal oven baked cornbread look.

It was sweeter than I would like, but definitely better than I had made from scratch.My husband does not have to eat gluten free and he said "get some more of these", so I just placed my order for this and several other of the food tek items.

If you don't like sweet cornbread, you won't like this.It is very sweet.
