(More customer reviews)This was my first attempt at making home made gluten free bread and it was quite a hit with my husband and son - both picky about their bread.I used my bread machine and the bread rose almost to the top.It was kind of thick, not light and fluffy but not too dense.We thought it was just right so I'll be buying more.
