(More customer reviews)My son has celiac disease and it's been difficult to find decent tasting bread.By far, this is the best bread mix we've tried so far.We've tried several: Pamela's Products (the second best), Gluten Free Pantry, Namaste, Bob's Red Mill, etc.This one isn't as heavy as the others and it tastes good.And believe me, I'm picky.As a non-celiac, I can eat this bread and not really miss gluten sandwich breads.And, it's easy to make!
