(More customer reviews)This is by far the best gluten free bread mix,next to Pamelas.A little pricey but worth every penny if you want bread that taste like the real thing.I am an avid baker and have tried a lot ofdifferent gluten free bread recipes fromdifferent flours but could never get them to taste like real gluten bread.This bread mix has the texture and taste of the real thing.Please try it, you won't be dissapointed.You also do not have to have that fancy bread machine to make this bread.Just mix in bowl, put into loaf pan, let rise and bake. That easy!Also has good whole grain flours in the mix.
