(More customer reviews)I've tried many gluten free breads since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease 10 years ago and so far this comes closest to the "real thing".It's easy to prepare in the oven unlike others that were really complicated.Only downside is the dough is 'really' thick and takes a strong arm or mixer.
